定义 Definition

GEV distribution 指“广义极值分布”(Generalized Extreme Value distribution),是极值理论中用来刻画样本最大值或最小值(如洪水峰值、极端风速、最高气温等)统计行为的一类连续概率分布。它把三种经典极值分布(Gumbel、Fréchet、Weibull)统一到一个参数族中。(在实际应用中常用来做极端风险与重现期估计。)
